Fancy in home Footcare I am a BSN Registered nurse with 7 years experience in geriatrics. I offer in home footcare (and hand care) including nursing assessment, recommended individual care plan and education, toenail and fingernail trimming, callous and corn care, skin care and as needed wound care. I also offer optional fungal treatment and pedicure/ manicure. Initial assessment and treat: $60 Follow up visits (every 6 weeks) $50 within 25 miles. .70 /mile over 25 miles. Manicure : nail treatment, cuticle care, paint nails, top coat or nail strengthener /clear. Hydration massage.Additional $20 Pedicure: paint nails, top coat, hydration massage using foot cream. Additional $20 Wound care: surcharge $5-10 Nurses can not diagnose ailments or make orders. I can create a care plan of treatment based upon nursing assessment, assess for infection, do wound care as needed, apply temporary relief for ingrown toenails. i will refer patient to podiatrist or doctor , or report findings to patients podiatrist/doctor, as needed to prevent or treat found infection or complications.
