I provide help to those who are wanting to feel better mentally and/or physically and just don’t know where to start, through moderate exercise. • Regular exercise can help lower levels of cortisol, the hormone often associated with stress. • Exercise can enhance the quality of sleep, which is often disrupted by stress. Better sleep can contribute to reduced stress and improved mood. • Engaging in physical activity serve as a healthy distraction from stressors, providing a break from daily worries and allowing for relaxation and mental clarity. • Regular exercise improves self-esteem and confidence. Feeling better about yourself can make you more resilient to stress and better equipped to handle challenges.
