Minimum requirements: -diagnosed with asthma for over a year -nonsmoker -taking asthma medications -not on biologics or diagnosed with COPD -willing to come to our clinic at 9040 Nations Ford Rd, Charlotte, NC for an in-person screening visit Call (704-900-8029) or email for an appointment.
