The technique I use and have mastered is Shiatsu, which heals both injuries of the body and conditions of the mind, and is based on Chinese energy medicine and backed by scientific research. This technique is deep but very intune -- no discomfort is involved. It's performed on a spacious floor with you comfortably clothed. And I offer it via my expertise in Tai Chi and meditation to provide a uniquely present and liberating experience.
