Post injury * Some Conditions * Functional Training Day * Seniors * Whoever else We all have bodies we'd like to maintain as best as possible Band & Suspension Training are fantastic rehabilitation & physical performance tools and effective for; safely, improving total body performance, strength, balance, flexibility, core strength as well as being able to put detailed patience into training. Training can be used for short or long-term goals We will post a selected class date and continued training can definitely be discussed Just remember, were not just working out. This is for Functional Improvement in day to day performance A training session will last approximately 30minutes We will have blocks from 10am to 11am / 11:30 to 12:30 / and 1p-2pm. Call for whatever time fits you Tomorrow, Friday times for individuals or small groups are also available Introductory Class $25 for this Sat Class $10 for seniors We can talk about follow up training /sessions.
