I am a passionate weightlifter with 9 years of experience under my belt. At 24, I've dedicated nearly a decade honing in my approach to fitness. I’ve never competed in any body building or powerlifting competitions, and I am a lifetime natural. My focus? To look great and feel invincible.
What I Offer:
- **Personalized 1-on-1 Training:**
I currently work out at several different box gyms, most of which I can get a friend in for free. I’ll walk you through each workout and teach proper form on every exercise.
- **Beginner-Friendly Approach:** Perfect for those new to weightlifting. I’ll introduce you to the fundamentals, ensuring you build a solid foundation while minimizing the risk of injury.
- **Muscle Building & Fat Loss:** My training philosophy revolves around achieving a balanced transformation. If you're looking to gain muscle and shed fat simultaneously, you're in the right place.
- **Support & Motivation:** Beyond just lifting weights, I'll be your personal cheerleader, pushing you to exceed your limits while ensuring you stay on track towards your goals. I’ll also be working out with you. I find it’s easier to push yourself when you see someone doing it with you.
Lastly, I’ll create a customized diet plan for you. By “diet” I simply mean tracking your calories. I do not believe in traditional “diets”, as 99% of them are not sustainable. I like to eat what I want, when I want. I teach several simple strategies that have helped me personally build muscle and lose fat at the same time.

Pricing: Most personal training sessions cost anywhere from $60-$100 per session. Even at the low $60 rate, you’re looking at around $1000 a month; and that’s not even counting the gym membership fee! My training includes an eating plan, gym access, and membership for $800 per month, and you can cancel at anytime.
