My bodywork varies from Swedish, Deep tissue, Relaxation, Healing Light touch, Sport or Combination. I focus on working out all the knots, tightness, aches, and pains. In essence, I'm a healer. Massaging small nagging aches and pains to big issues. I also offer stretching in my sessions. Stretching is super important for the entire muscular system. This keeps your body moving and flowing with fluidity. ****Advance appointments are best as I also see clients for healing/coaching services as well*** My sessions for massage are 30 min for $50 and 60 min for $60.
