Hello! My name is Megan and I’m a trained Birth Doula and Holistic Nutritionist offering personalized care to women throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum. As a part of my services, I offer: - Pain management techniques tailored unique needs - Emotional & physical support throughout your entire pregnancy and birth journey - Two prenatal visits to prepare for your birth experience - One postnatal visit to ensure a smooth transition to parenthood - Optional nutrition services including nutrition advice pre and postnatal, as well as guided meal prep for dinners and snacks :) A little about me: I recently started my own business Luna Moth Doula LLC!
