Hi, my name is Lynn. I am a Florida License Practical Nurse with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource and Community Wellness. I have been a nurse for 13 years. 8 years in a subacute unit and dementia unit and the past 5 years I have been a Home Health Community Nurse. I personally prefer in-home care because I like to give someone the ability to feel more independent in their own home. Meanwhile, loved ones and other members of the household can have their load lightened a bit too. My specialty is Geriatrics and wound care but can provide private Skilled Nursing care for all ages. My skills include but are not limited to ( vitals, administering medications PT/INR, filing medi planners, monthly foley catheter changes, blood work, TPN, wound care and plural drains etc..). My services also include light housekeeping, companionship, ADL’s (activities of daily living), manual and electric hoyer lifts, assist with transfers,bathing). I also provide transportation to and from Doctor's appointments and stores or I can run errands if there are mobility issues. I am available for full/part time. I do require a minimum of 4 hours per visit. The first visit will be a consultation to specifically tailor a care plan aligned perfectly to you.
