We all will go through the stages of aging. I believe life should be safe and healthy, and the capacity to live should not infringe on the liberty of the person to live well. Senior care was always something that has been of interest to me. My contribution is something simple, yet I feel that everyone needs to have: a calm nature walk with a friendly and kind soul. It's good to leave the house every now and then and be around good company and take in fresh air among other fellow seniors and chat while maintain healthy exercise habits! It's these little things that makes the world feel like a better place! Each walking session is $30 per senior My coordinated group walks will be in parties of 3 and MUST be the age of 60+ who can walk for 30-45 minutes on mild gravel terrain with small hills. Meet up location is at the park of choice that week, but I also can charge a pick up service at an extra cost as long as distance is within range. Please have all necessary walking equipment you need. If you are requesting assistance such as pushing a wheelchair, please let me know beforehand!
