(My services are provided to you as per your instructions and/or under the written health care programs set forth by your Doctor, Nurse, Occupational therapist, Physical Therapist, Nutritionist). I help you to follow their plans for your health and safety. College educated caregiver. Professional Care Facility & Hospital experience. First Aid, CPR. 4 Year RN (Overseas) trained. Diabetic meal nutrition trained. Catheter placement trained. Nebulizer trained. Hospital bed trained. Range of Motion Exercises. Comfort Care, Hospice Care. Oncology experience. Alzheimer / Dementia / Memory Loss trained. Special Needs Children Wound Care trained. Experience: Have experience with the needs of people (18+) with; Geriatric who just need assistance due to old age, as well as persons dealing with Alzheimer's, Dementia, Depression, Anxiety, ALS, Cancer, Diabetes, Asthma, Stroke, Parkinson's, Autism, Multiple Sclerosis. Personal care: Activities of daily living. (As needed); Showering and grooming, dressing, bed baths, assistance with toileting. General health care: Overseeing medication and prescriptions usage, taking and recording vital signs and performance, pain/stress control service; appointment reminders, will take you to your medical or dental appointments. Mobility assistance: Help with getting in and out of bed, wheelchair, car or shower. (This can only be done if you the client are able to help. I cannot lift more than 50 pounds alone without help). Companionship/Conversation and Emotional Support: Provided while always looking for, listening for and tracking any changes in health and emotions. Activities: As you are able to handle, the inclusion of; Arts and Crafts, Music, Singing, Dance, Comedy (playful jokes and story telling), Outdoor Field trips (walks, park, theaters, shopping, restaurants). Other care: Housekeeping, Trash Service, Laundry Service, Grocery shopping, Pharmacy pick up. Transportation to and from appointments. Other agreed upon services
