I also use wet hot packs to help relieve the tightness in the muscles .Massage pressure can be light to deep. Nuru is also combined which is very sensual and relaxing. My heated (if desired) table is on the floor which enables me to apply more pressure and is extremely useful for nuru.( There is nothing better than skin on skin.) Clean, safe, and quiet location. Use of shower if desired. Please clean EVERY part of your body before a session, this incudes your butt. My pics are real please do not ask for any photos, I will post new ones as needed.
