What Do Strippers Really Think?
As you might recall from my previous post about questions to ask Vegas escort girls, I asked my friends and clients what topics they want to see on this blog. Since I often work in strip clubs, I received many requests for an article about what strippers actually think. If you go to strip clubs often, you might find this a bit personal, but I think you’ll enjoy it anyway. If you’ve never been to a strip club, don’t let that discourage you! :)
As a stripper, I’ve had many conversations backstage. We strippers laugh about the silly, weird, and even gross things we think while dancing. It keeps the night fun and is one reason I still strip alongside my work as a Vegas escort.
One of my friends shared this thought: “When I see you walk into a strip club and catch your eye, I see someone sad and easy to fool, spending money on fake affection. On good nights, I might feel sorry for you as we make eye contact and I lick my lips. On tough nights when my feet hurt, I’m just thinking about what I’ll eat after work while licking my lips and looking at you.”
Yep, that’s straight from a stripper. And it’s true. Often, my feet hurt, and I’m hungry, but I still have to flirt with clients. So, when you come up to the stage, I’ll size you up. I’ll ask your name and smirk to myself about how I’m using a fake name while you probably tell me your real one—a name I could find on social media in about half an hour.
After dancing for you on stage for around 30 seconds, if you haven’t tipped me, I’ll be rolling my eyes inside, thinking about my sore feet and relieved that you don’t smell as bad as the last guy. (Unless you are the smelly guy. Please don’t be that guy. Gross.) I’m also likely thinking I need a new outfit.
Also, another stripper friend said: “When I’m bent over on stage so guys can see my butt better, I’m just trying not to fart in their face.”
Once we’ve talked a bit and I’ve gotten closer to you, I’ll usually ask if you want a private dance. I’m generally okay with whatever you decide, but some girls are more cynical.
For example, my friend, ironically named “Jade,” said: “If you say yes to a lap dance, I think ‘easy target!’ If you say no, then I think ‘cheap!’ You can’t really win once you enter a strip club. The only way to win is with desperate girls, but those girls don’t last long as strippers.”
Keep in mind that I’ve been in this business longer than Jade, and I’m not desperate, but I do have a unique personality for a stripper/Vegas escort.
Assuming you agree to the lap dance, I’ll lead you to the back room and have you sit down in a chair. In my head, I’m cringing at the sweaty, gross people who have sat there before, some of whom have told me they have STDs. Yes, that’s where I’ll put you. I wouldn’t sit there, but as a friend said, “you’re paying to sit on all of those germs.”
While giving you a private dance, my mind really starts to wander. It usually goes something like this:
- “Mmmhmmm, sit down. Yes. Sure, I’m so happy to be in these awful shoes.”
- “I’m so hungry… I should eat when I go backstage. But then I’d have to brush my teeth. Ugh.”
- “Ew, I can smell the guy that [insert stripper name here] is dancing for from here!”
- “Oh, I hope you buy another dance, baby. More time off the floor for me!”
- “Yeah? You like how I look? Should I tell you I’m a Vegas escort too?”
- “I think [insert stripper name here] just farted. Or… Was that you?”
- “I wonder if you have a girlfriend… Actually, I don’t want to know.”
- “I want to watch The Little Mermaid.”
- “My feet hurt.”
- “Is the song over yet?”
- “Ariel was kinda desperate, actually. Maybe I’d rather watch The Fox and The Hound…”
- “Another song?”
- “Oh my gosh, I want food!”
- “Oh, we’re done? Would you like to buy me dinner somewhere else? I’m huuuuungry!”
No joke. That’s how it goes. My stripper friends say my thoughts make me seem like a newbie, someone who hasn’t turned bitter yet, so just imagine what they think! Sorry to disappoint, but strippers are often distracted, their feet always hurt, they’re usually cynical, they get hungry after dancing for hours, and they just want to earn money and get off their feet.
This doesn’t mean everything a stripper says to a client is a lie. I even fell in love with a client once. But I still thought about money, food, my feet, and everything else when I was with him.
