Personal training from an experienced athlete! My name is Henry Soine. I am an 18 year old experienced senior student athlete for Bridgeland High School. I am interested in passing the knowledge and experience I've gathered from former pro athletes and other experienced trainers on to the younger incoming classes. Athletics are evolving, and my first hand experience will benefit you/ your child’s path to being a star athlete. 🏈 First team all district Wide Receiver for Bridgeland High school my senior year. Recorded 43 receptions, 620 yards, 7 Touchdowns. Also 2nd team Academic All State. 🏃🏽 Regional Qualifier for the 4x200, 4x400, and 400. Apart of a top 10 Worldwide 4x400 team in 2024.
