Greetings I am a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor with 20 years of experience. I am new to the area and stepping into my full alignment with the cosmos. I offer private and group sessions of Yoga. I understand that yoga is not just about asana or poses but also about the exploration of the nature of reality and finding one’s true self. I also know that experiencing the full embodiment of a yogic practice can be the equivalent of esthetic dancing or a dance party.
