And the truth is...there is very little that I don't enjoy. I enjoy all types of things from the soft & sweet to the wild & adventurous. It can be difficult, honestly to carve out space and time for self-care. I’d guess you’re so driven in other areas of life that you often neglect to do just that. While a connection is of the utmost importance, you often lack the time it takes to cultivate a relationship within which you’re able to express yourself genuinely.   Taking my time...being slow and deliberate...is highly engaging and very powerful to me.
