As a movement coach for over 8 years, I specialize in helping you find alignment in the physical, mental and emotional facets of your life. Most injuries occur due to improper movement patterns (physically and mentally) repeated over years, perhaps even decades, can create severe imbalances, vulnerable points, that can leave one susceptible to physical injury.
With an extensive background and history in breath work, Pilates, yoga, Lagree, Feldenkrais, personalized training and more, curating programs for each of my clients needs helps each individual create a long-lasting awareness and foundation for both body and mind. My clientele ranges from 18-98 years old. From young professional athletes, those postpartum along with mommies to be, as well as those recovering post surgery. While each may have different needs, the common goal achieved by all is generating and maintaining proper movement patterns for overall longevity and well being.
