The Hair Parlor on 8th Hair Salon Chair Rental Availability Contract The Hair Parlor on 8th is a well established salon in our community and neighborhood. The chair rental is the first time any opportunity has been available at this salon in 10 years. You must be LICENSED in California for Cosmetology. You must have an existing clientele. Chair rental includes towels and wash back bar, refreshments and snacks, laundry service, own key code entrance and lock. Hours of operation 9am to 9pm, 7 days a week. The salon has excellent natural lighting and has very spacious stations and open space. You would be working beside two very talented, motivated stylists with established clientele. There are 4 wash bowls in the salon. Only 4 chairs available for rent. This is a no drama salon and environment that is kept professional and friendly at all times.
