Interested in getting in shape, but you're too busy to cook 3x per day?
I can help!
Ny name is Frank and I work as a personal trainer, nutritionist and chef--alongside my wife Stephanie--to provide a full service for achieving the body you've always wanted without having to think about what to eat or how to train. I handle everything except lifting the weights for you.
===================What I Do===================
I'll take your personal information regarding your height, weight, age, sex, and activity level--and I will calculate the necessary calories/macronutrient breakdown (protein/fats/carbohydrates) required in order for you to lose 1-2lbs per week. All you're responsible for is making yourself one or two protein shakes per day (if necessary) and taking a walk every day. It's that simple. I do the math, cook the food, and you wait for the results while eating gourmet health food. If you want to go to the gym, too, that's awesome. But your diet will be enough to see results even if you don't.

=========Specializations=========
My focus is on healthy, flavorful cooking. Not just weight loss. We only use low sodium, low cholesterol ingredients. Mainstream meal prep services offer as high as 600-800mg of sodium PER meal (because production scaling requires use of artificial preservatives) while your daily recommended intake is 2000mg or less for healthy individuals. If you have high blood pressure, triglycerides, or any other health issues related to your heart or circulatory system—you need to stay well below that 2000mg/day threshold to avoid an increased risk of a cardiac event. Our target is ~200mg per meal. That’s 600mg of sodium per day as opposed to as much as 2,400mg/day with competitor prep programs. Sodium and cholesterol ARE the silent killer of our country. If you’re even remotely concerned about preventing hypertension (high blood pressure), heart disease, diabetes, and other obesity-related issues—staying away from that duo of ingredients is top priority.
===========Plans and Prices===========
Basic Plan (300-450cal)
$11.25/meal for the first week (raising to $15/meal for 2nd week and beyond)
Advanced Plan (500-600cal)
$15.00/meal for the first week (raising to $20/meal for the 2nd week and beyond)
The plan you will need is based on your current weight, goal weight, allowed calories per meal, and level of fitness. Most women and average sized men will be fine with the basic plan. For bigger (and leaner) men who are intermediate to advanced lifters that can afford eating +500cal meals, the advanced plan is recommended so that your protein intake is optimal for your weight and performance demands. If you're unsure which plan is right for you, don't hesitate to ask.
Additional Fees apply for disposable containers. Varies by amount of meals purchased. (usually $20/wk)
Delivery Fee will be determined by your location and cost of Uber Courier Service
======================
Side note to my intermediate lifters who are doubting the 400cal plan...I hear you.
Most people dramatically overestimate how much their body needs. Lifters included. And a proper diet works on a razor thin margin for error. If your caloric deficit is off by even 100cal/meal, your diet is grueling and frustrating. A diet should function like clockwork. Boring. Predictable. Easy. If it's not like this every time, then your math is off. Don't guess. Let me do the math for you and explain why you're not seeing the result you want. I've had advanced lifters who come to me with astronomical numbers for what they're eating, because they read x, y, z bodybuilding propaganda. The science is the science. And the only reason you're eating 2x your body weight in grams of protein is because the protein powder companies want you to. The actual science for maximum muscle protein synthesis is nowhere near that. Let me dispel the myths with a no-bullshit breakdown of what your body can actually use.
