Stay fit forever. Easier said than done... Let's connect for a free one or two-hour video conversation. 95% of people looking to lose weight or get fit fail, before reaching their goals or shortly after. If you are looking to lose weight or get fit, this might not be your first rodeo, and one of the reasons is that not all the 5 components of making this lifestyle change stick over time have been covered and crystallized. 15 years in the field of nutrition and fitness, I have a completely different approach, we cover 5 pillars: 1- the most important aspect is the mental, the psychology of making this change last once and for all in your life 2-Nutrition: your nutrition is more important than the fitness aspect, this is the limitation of many fitness trainers out there 3- Smart fitness: we identify your goals and reach them sequentially, I'm am not looking to destroy you in the gym, fitness is not rocket science, I will prescribe you exercises needed to support your nutrition and psychological transition. I will also help you increase your mobility and flexibility. 4-Helping you manage this lifestyle evolution in your current environment. Humans are social animals, so we must develop a strategy to manage external variables which can impede your success. I will help you identify all these elements and together, come up with a strategy. Family, friends, coworkers, holidays, nights out, everything will be analyzed so you are prepared. 5- I will help you manage your stress and improve your recovery. The complexity of modern life increases daily stress, which increases cortisol and make people more likely to crave unhealthy food and sweets, and if you REALLY want to make this shift in your life, developing new habits requires a degree of willpower that can be increased by reducing your stress and increasing your rest and relaxation space. I will also offer you the possibility of having a 1-2 video chat checkups a week because mental coaching is extremely important to your success. About me: my name is KD, I am 35. I have a passion for fitness, nutrition, and most importantly psychology, the human mind. I have been into sport my whole life and through reading and reflection, became passionate about developing the mind...mind state management. I have trained, coached, and advised hundreds of people over the past 15 years in improving their fitness, nutrition, and overall health. I am currently finishing my first book on Losing Weight from a psychological foundation. You can get the best trainer in the world, but are they really showing you how to defeat your inner cookie monster? The fact that 70% of Americans are overweight or obese, that 95% of people trying to lose weight or get fit fails means that there is something missing in the fitness industry, I think this missing piece is the mental coaching/development. I read about 300+ books on nutrition, fitness and 200+ books on the mind. Fitness and nutrition are part of my daily lifestyle, plus two hours of meditation daily. My current rate is 90-120$ per hour depending on your needs. I usually coach no more than 4-5 clients per week and recommend a minimum of one or two sessions per week. For some clients, I physically train them at their location once a week and provide them with 2 other workouts to do during the week. As mentioned above, I will also oversee your nutrition plus the mental coaching aspect. I also have nutrition and fitness certifications. Let's connect for a free one or two-hour video conversation.
