Learning from my own life experience and healing journey, I quickly found a deep passion and life purpose: helping others through their own struggles, whether that is in addiction, an abusive relationship you can't seem to get out of, or a child who has experienced trauma and learning how to cope with life on life’s terms. I have experience in recovery and sober coaching, relationship coaching, behavioral issues, anger management, sex and love addiction, porn addiction, mental health illnesses, trauma, inner child work, healing self worth and low self esteem, acceptance of one’s self, healing from toxic relationships, healthy boundary setting, abandonment wounds, rejection, enmeshment, eating disorders, and addiction in substance abuse and alcohol. I am DBT certified and have years in recovery and working in the mental health field. I have experience from outpatient facilities, inpatient facilities, one on one hourly coaching, 24/7 coaching, transpo, and overnights.
