Hello I'd like to introduce myself my name is Cindy I have been working as a caregiver for 12 years. My first client was living in Seattle Washington and I was a live-in for Alzheimer's. I was responsible for preparing his meals, Light housekeeping , running errands as in doctor's appointments, picking up pharmacy orders. We also did things like going to the movies, to the park, out to lunch, and when it was a rainy day we went to the mall and cruised around the mall together. My second live-in job was in Bellevue Washington and that was also for Alzheimer's. My client love to walk so I always searched on the internet for different hiking places that we can go to that were on the moderate to easy side. We went out to the Ballard's locks and we watch the big bands playing on the lawn and watching the big ships coming in out of the locks . I have also worked with hospice, Parkinson's, in a Senior Living complex where I would go around and do med checks or I would just sit and do light housekeeping for them or just keep them company and be a companion to them. I come highly recommendation I have all my certificates proving that I do take the 75 course in Washington state . I also had a client with had Lou Gehrig's disease and she was on her final stages she couldn't eat, drink ,walk ,talk and had to be fed by a g tube. I also worked with a gentleman with a broken back and you stay Hoyer lift to move them out of bed into his scooter and into the bathroom .I made in lunches or dinners took him for walks in his scooter, made his shakes every morning so I could feed him through his G-tube , I drove him to his doctor's appointments and grocery shopping. My most recent has been a client in Chandler Az.I worked for him from March 15th 2023 till June 2024. I will attach the referral letter from his family. I also went to Lake Tahoe in 2022 and worked with a gentleman with Parkinson's disease he was in his final stages. This was during covid. I will also provide a recommendation letter for that one also. I did work for a lady with Parkinson's in Mesa Arizona she was bedridden and had a catheter I worked for her for approximately 5 months. I also have recommendations for that one also plus I have recommendations from 2012 when I worked for Carol in Bellevue Washington from her daughter and her son. I've also worked in memory care here in Mesa Arizona. Cindy also helped with her mobility and taking care of her daily needs. Cindy is a very intelligent and motivated individual and a great with her skill sets as a caregiver.
