Hello, I have Master's Degree in Social Work. I am looking to provide Life Coaching & Peer Support to individuals age 13 and up. What are some of the areas I work with? - Mental Health Techniques - Alcohol & Other Drug Addiction Consultation - Goal Setting - Spiritual Growth - Artistic Expression - Relationship Growth - Future Focus - Bullying or Other Social Issues About Me: I am a 33-year-old cis-gender female and I have 3 college degrees in the field of social work and addiction. I hope to open my own private practice in the future, so, I'm starting here. I am especially experienced working with youth and young adults, mental illness, and addiction. I am in recovery myself, and have struggled with mental illness all of my life. I was a troubled youth growing up, lost my mother when I was 15, and have trauma. If it wasn't for social workers and others in the helping field, I would not be here today. This is why I do what I do. I utilize my own personal strengths, perseverence, and professional knowledge to help gear your life in a positive direction. About Sessions: - Sessions are 1-hour long. - We can meet in the community at a coffee shop, restaurant, or get a private room at a library. - I also do virtual sessions via Google Meet or Teams. These applications can be accessed for free on your phone or computer. - I will travel to Vancouver, Portland, and Waushugal Areas. I am based out of Downtown Vancouver, WA. - Your information is held strictly confidential and I abide by HIPPA laws. Cost: - $50 per session up to 1x per week. - Must provide payment at start of appointment. - Cash, Money Order, Venmo, and CashApp accepted.
