I have been vaccinated with the Johnson&Johnson vaccine and the Moderna and Pfizer booster please see attached record. I am a North Carolina State Certified Nurse Assistance. I provide care as a live in care provider or day to day assistance. I assist with ADL(Activities of Daily Living), transferring client safely, bathing and grooming client. I also provide blood pressure check, g-tube feeding, med reminders, light housekeeping, cooking meals, reliable transportation to doctors appointments or going out into the community. I am very patient and compassionate to clients needs and requests to help maintain their dignity and pride. I also have experience with dementia clients, hospice and respite care.
