Our Day Spa is located in Rocklin and has an unfurnished Room - 13 ft x 14.5 ft (185 sq ft) available to rent. It is one of four treatment rooms in the Spa. It is also the largest and was last used by a massage therapist. The other rooms are currently rented to a Massage Therapist, Hypnotherapist and Esthetician. The new tenant will join a team of professionals that have been together for 10+ years. This Treatment Room is rented on a month to month basis and monthly rent is $950. Rent includes PGE, Internet and Monitored Security System. Security deposit not required but the first month and the last month will be required and a 30 day notification is also requred when leaving. I have created a Spa Website and Spa Brochure that contains basic info about each person's business with a link to contact you.
