My swedish and hot stone massage therapy sessions are designed to rejuvenate your body, and relieve chronic pain. Gentle stretches and joint rotations can also be implemented to Improve flexibility. If you are arriving straight from work or going to an event after your massage you are welcome to shower before or after your session.
