From the wrestling mat to your phone. I’m Mark, a Division 1 wrestling alum and private coach. Wrestling taught me discipline, structure, and how to push with purpose, and that’s exactly how I coach. Week 0: Baseline—photos, measurements, movement screen, step count, strength test
Weeks 1–2: Build foundations—clean up form, dial in calories/protein, set daily steps & sleep targets
Weeks 3–4: Progressive overload—planned increases in sets/reps; expect more energy and early inches lost
Weeks 5–6: Dial-in—adjust macros/training to your data so clothes fit better and lifts go up
