Hello good day to you. I am an experienced energy worker here to help you with your alignment and circulation of blood flow for optimum health and nervous system performance. Stress is a killer that wrecks havoc on our bodies, primarily injuring our organs and the way they function. I am here to provide soothing techniques and help realign your frame to help you be at your 100%. Expert at nutrition and fitness, but my main passion is helping people with sharing my knowledge in healthcare and preventative medicine. Currently I am recovering from a horrible accident that occurred the day after Christmas. Please have patience with me as I am recovering from a knee replacement surgery. It has no effect on my ability to do bodywork I just am currently not walking fast, nor am I doing personal fitness training. Unfortunately, life and bills do not take a break for injuries. I am posting because I want to help you with your health care needs, and I need help with covering medical expenses, rent and daycare. I currently am taking a break from deep tissue, so I don’t injure my joints while my knee is recovering. But I can do some pressure points with my elbow and my leverage if needed.
