Hello my name is Anabel. I have 11 years of experience in the massaging field. The techniques I use in my sessions are to assist with pain management and muscle fatigue. I offer Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, and Trigger point sessions. In addition I can also incorporate muscle scrapping and cupping if necessary at no additional cost to break down adhesions and promote blood circulation.
