Cycles Of Success Life Coaching and Diversity Consulting I am Dr. Menchaca, offering life coaching and consulting. I love working with people and diving into their unique intricacies in life by sharing time, listening, talking and supporting each life path. I have my Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, and my Master’s of Art in Counseling Education. I am trained in psychological testing, mental health therapy and learning disability assessment. I am also consciously aware of experiences that encompass diversity, equity, access, and antiracism. I can address them as they show up for you in your personal life or work, as I have struggled and prevailed through my own experiences. I will not complete any psychological assessments or give a diagnosis, but I can dissect your thought processes and actions that may set you in the life direction you desire. The service I offer is centered around a personal and caring relationship. It is not built on any medical model style it is built on genuine human interaction and connection. In my personal life I find peace spending time near the ocean, riding my bike and sweating with pilates. A beautiful balance of what enriches life is an important part of the journey that we can uncover. I come from a neurodivergent thought process, in which others may perceive as a weakness, it is my personal strength. I can assist you in discovering your strengths as well. Most importantly I am shaped by my ethnic background of mixed Indigenous and Spanish descent. All of these personal and professional experiences have made me an open-minded, fair, and just human.
