I have multiple gym memberships and can get you in to some gyms too even if you don't have a membership. OR We can workout anywhere else! Including but not limited to hikes or mile run challenges; Anything is on the table to discuss. I love showing the path to people's goals in the fitness world! Encouraging people to achieve their goals comes natural to me. I can give snack tips and set out a meal plan. I've studied biology, Muscle anatomy, skeleton structure. Been a football, soccer, baseball player. I do sessions from 15 minutes to 1 hour depending on your goals and how much time you have. Let's get a game plan together and we can discuss the rates.
