Hi! My name is Max Davis. I offer 1 on 1 professional personal training sessions for a good price. Price depends on situation.. where we train, how long the session is, so on.. Generally, 1 on 1 training sessions in the Bay Area range from $65-$85 per hour and are sold in packages of 10. However, I slide the scale & give many options to make it affordable :)
I am a UC Berkeley graduate. I've spent most of my life obsessed & passionate about the Human Body. How to transform it? What makes it function better? What are the best forms of exercise? How do I make my body optimum? After graduating I decided to became a full time personal trainer... I call myself a Fitness Coach because I work beyond our time in the Gym.. I check-in & keep you on track. Replace that pizza dinner tonight with steak & greens. I assist clients with their Meal Plan, their training schedule & provide 2-3X 1 on 1 sessions weekly. I have helped hundreds of people in the Bay Area lose 10-40lbs of body fat & gain 5-30lbs of Muscle. Every "Body" is very different.. so it may take a few sessions for us to get on the same page but once we SYNC and I know your goals and trust is built.. from there.. achieving your dream body or just getting healthy again will be a walk in the park.
I believe I excel as a trainer because I have done so with my own body. I tried it all, and I can help you CHEAT.. meaning.. not make the mistakes I made. Most people in the gym don't get great results & my JOB is to get you results weekly. I have attained many different peak conditions. As a professional model, I had to become lean and sculpted. Then as a bodybuilder I had to really learn how to grow Muscle. I have won professional bodybuilding competitions. I won a medal as a National Bodybuilding competitor as I pursued my passion to become an Olympian. During my time as a bodybuilder I had to learn how to lose body fat, how to grow muscles in specific places, and how to be time efficient in the gym. I learned proper form, and technique. Now with 10 years experience as a Trainer.. and my career as a bodybuilder on hold.. I am devoted my time to helping people become happy with their body.
