If you are a person who is able to be on your own but need help with personal care, errands/medical appointments, cleaning, laundry, meals etc. then we have a beautiful mini studio/ big room available. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood. It has a private bathroom and separate entry. Three meals a day included brought to you daily. All utilities and internet included as well. The room has air conditioning and comes fully furnished. Help with personal care if needed such as grooming and bathing is included in the rent. Cleaning and laundry service will be provided weekly as well. Rides to medical appointments/ errand running can be discussed. The mini studio is on the lower level of my home. My family and I reside in the upper level. We are a very nice family. Husband and wife and two teenage kids. We are quiet, friendly and respectful. I would be doing the care taking cleaning and laundry and my husband would be preparing your fresh and tasty meals. I have a lot experience with care taking working many years in care facilities. We work during the day so personal care would be in the mornings and evenings. You would have to otherwise be able to take care of your self during the day. The cost is $2000 a month.
