My name is Jenna Francesca In 25 years of private practice, each and every one of my high functioning clients has found freedom in their mind, heart, body and soul in our time together. I offer a unique blend of Somatic Therapy combined with an advanced form of hands on bodywork that I've developed called Applied Bio-Induction Therapy. If you are in chronic pain or emotional distress, this will help you to find the relief you're looking in the first session. As a trauma specialist, my scope includes chronic and acute PTSD, Panic Disorders, Anxiety, OCD and more. The body and mind work in tandem and therefore need to be treated in tandem in order to resolve the cellular memory that is perpetuating the overwhelming experiences. How do we begin? You have two package options: Package 1 - In Person and the Phone First - we meet via the phone in the comfort of your home for an initial intake for 30-50 mins Second - we meet in person in my Los Gatos Office for 3 Somatic Therapy + Bodywork sessions Third - we meet via the phone for a closing or transition session.
