While I cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions, I can help identify potential concerns and advise you to seek professional care when needed. Additionally, I can tailor stretching and movement exercises to support your specific healing and wellness goals. I have extensive experience working with Parkinson’s and other movement disorders, as well as knowledge of physical therapy exercises that can aid in mobility and overall well-being. My mission is to support individuals of all ages—especially those 38 and up—in embracing a healthier lifestyle and aging process.
