Hello, I'm Dolan Ingraham, Lead Program Director at Santa Barbara Krav Maga Family Self-Defense Center! We teach the most effective, practical self-defense you'll find anywhere in Santa Barbara County. Krav Maga is what’s used by SWAT, Air Marshalls, and Navy Seals, and we prioritize helping students reach a high level of proficiency in a short period of time.
