Each of my sessions I utilize energy work, comfort touch and compressions. My Swedish Massage can help alleviate symptoms of: 🌼 depression 🌼anxiety 🌼pain 🌼tension AND can assist with sleeplessness, stiffness, limited mobility and relaxation. I mostly offer 60 min and 30 minute massage. 90 mins is sometimes offered.
