My name is David. I'm 41 years old, in excellent shape, and all thanks to a unique work-out plan and diet that I developed and perfected over the years. I will assist in eliminating unwanted fat, build muscle, toning, bulking, and ultimately get your self-confidence back on track. All workouts will take place at Xist fitness in Arnold, Missouri. No membership required. Most workouts will begin in the evening in accordance with our schedules and some days will be available. I'm offering 12 complete workouts at $250 per person. Rates have been compared to other trainers and I've found that I'm offering two additional sessions at $50 below average cost. $150 will be paid at the first session and the remaining balance will be paid in full on the 6th session. Receipts and signatures will be given with each payment. Each session will guarantee an hour and if more time is needed that day, it will be given at no additional cost to you.
