I also do lighter touch, more medium, to loosen you up for more relaxation and great to get the blood circulating. Massage in general is so Awesome for so many ailments in your body,high blood pressure, diabetes, arthritis, very poor circulation, you name it,if you have it....massage will help...your whole well being...Anyways my hrs are 9am to 9pm.most everyday and some weekends as well.its 75 for an hr.or 125 for a 90 minute session.
