LIFE AND NATURAL HEALTH WELLNESS COACH
Let's get moving!
Do you need encouragement? Would you like some guidance in natural health, youth renewal, information and research?
At the age of 13, I became a youth camp counselor for the YMCA. I did this full-time each summer for years. I was often the main counselor for the equestrian camp, and also for under-privileged youth. This began my leadership journey helping people achieve their goals. I had great joy at that early age seeing the smiles on the faces of youth as they obtained confidence and accomplished goals on the obstacle courses, or with horses. The goal of the YMCA camps in those days was to encourage people to grow spiritually and physically with fitness and health.
By the age of 16, I was teaching guitar to 50 students a week. This was my full-time job for many years. Through this work, I continued helping people achieve their goals, and oftentimes, these guitar sessions also turned into informal, life counseling sessions.
By age 25 I was a full-time pastor. I have continued this work, full-time for over 33 years. This involved weekly counseling and helping people achieve their goals from a Biblical perspective. I have written books on literal Bible interpretation, Christian history, etc. for conservative, evangelical Christians.
34 years ago, I also became a dedicated researcher of natural health, learning all I could about herbs, wild edibles, Biblical diet and nutrition, youth renewal, energy, etc. I have written books, health blogs, and been a guest on radio programs, offering the fruits of my research on natural health information.
The Bible teaches that we are BODY, SOUL and SPIRIT. I therefore embrace a holistic (whole) approach to wellness and life goals.
I would love to help you reach your goals, and direct you to information that can be life-changing!
