I've been helping hundreds of individuals of all ages transform their bodies and improved their overall health. I have my own 2500 sq. ft. facility which is by appointment only. no memberships! Personally I've trained since the age of 12 yrs. old and have always stayed in shape ,realizing that when you're healthy every phase of your daily life will improve greatly!! For over 35 years I've helped people tear down obstacles that have prevented their abilities to gain true health. I focus on individuals that need help in dealing with job stress ,life stress and health problems that begin to manifest themselves when you have high levels of responsibilities.
