We are seeking a friendly Spa service aid to join our amazing team. Training will be provided. As a Spa service aid, you will be responsible for assisting with services such as body scrubs, massage and aroma therapy. Helping out with answering phone, responding to texts and setting appointments (if needed). As well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. If you have a passion for creating a relaxing and enjoyable spa experience, we would love to hear from you. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about the spa services and amenities -Assist with services such as body scrubs, massage and aroma therapy - Assist guests with any questions or concerns they may have during their visit - Process retail sales of spa products and services - Conduct product demonstrations and provide recommendations to guests - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth operation of the spa ```Experience``` - Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of basic math for handling cash transactions - Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Bilingual proficiency is a plus but not a must - Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing payments If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a spa environment, we invite you to apply for the position of Spa service aid.
