We all carry stress, stiffness, pain, muscle tightness and can hold on to energy and past experiences without realizing it. This then can manifest in other areas of our life and greatly impact our mood, physicality and well being. Today I’d like to invite you to take the time to decompress and do a reset for your body and mind.
I offer, Swedish, deep tissue and light stretching with mobility techniques to allow the body to relax and decompress. I have a quiet, peaceful studio where I offer massages and I also travel in Austin and the surrounding area.
