Through the course of our lives, we may encounter difficulties, frustrations, built up energy that that maybe appear to get blocked or stuck and we can carry this without even knowing why we feel off or disconnected with ourselves and our bodies but most importantly with our most intimate parts of ourselves.

I’ve traveled and studied all throughout the world, learning and incorporating from many different cultures and modalities in perfecting my art, which I’d like to share with you today. Through, deep breathing, stretching, massaging, energy release and touch, I can facilitate a place for you to be reconnected with yourself.
